Payment Types Accepted

Our software is sold through our online web store which is fully integrated into the FastSpring payment system. FastSpring was founded in 2005 as a partnership of industry veterans with over 40 years experience in the e-commerce software industry.

Card Payments, PayPal, etc.

Customers may purchase our software in a number of local currencies using a credit card, PayPal, or various other payment options from our Web Store. Credit card orders can be processed for VISA, Mastercard, DISCOVER, American Express, UnionPay and JCB. Alternative payment options include PayPal, Amazon Pay, iDEAL, Pix and Alipay. There is also the option of paying via Wire Transfer (for orders US$750 and above), Purchase Order and Direct Debit. Not all options are available in all countries.

The order confirmation (both the resulting web page and email) provides the licensing information including the serial number that will unlock the program immediately following the transaction. This means you will get instant access to the software. If you pay via Wire Transfer or Purchase Order then you will only receive the serial number once payment is received.

Note that one Serial Number is provided for each order (including volume orders). You need only download the software once and you will have the right to install the software on as many computers/devices up to the number of licenses you have paid for.

All card payments are processed securely by FastSpring, which is PCI-DSS compliant, and 2BrightSparks never sees or stores your payment card details. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Purchase Orders and Wire Transfer

For purchases via purchase order or wire transfer (for orders US$750 and above), simply visit our Web Store and select the appropriate payment option on the right of the page. Not all options are available in all countries. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Getting a Quote

If you need a formal quotation before ordering, for example to raise a purchase order, visit our Web Store, add the products and quantities you need, then click Generate a Quote at the top of the order summary. This produces a printable quote that you or your purchasing department can use to complete the order later.

Invoices, Receipts and Tax

Your order confirmation email includes a link to your invoice and receipt, which you can view, download or print at any time. The invoice shows your order reference, the products purchased and any tax charged.

Applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and are shown before you pay. Business customers in regions that operate VAT or GST can enter their company tax registration number during checkout so the order is treated correctly. If your organization is tax exempt, please contact us before ordering and we will advise on how best to proceed.

What Will Appear on Your Statement

Our software is sold and fulfilled by FastSpring, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Because of this, the charge on your card or bank statement appears under FastSpring's name rather than as 2BrightSparks. It usually begins with FSPRG* or FS* followed by our company name, for example FSPRG*2BrightSparks or FS*2BrightSparks. If you pay using PayPal, the description may instead include "SyncBack".

So if you notice a charge you do not immediately recognize, it is almost certainly your 2BrightSparks order being processed by FastSpring. If you are ever unsure, please contact us with your name and email address and we will locate your order. If you have already purchased and cannot find your serial number, you can retrieve it here.

We provide a fully functional evaluation version so you can try the software before you buy, and we strongly recommend testing it first and contacting our support team if you run into any difficulty.
