When creating a new schedule for a profile you may receive the error message "The system cannot find the specified file" or "The system cannot find the specified path". To resolve this error:


- Using the registry editor in Windows, delete the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache\Tree\2BrightSparks


- Delete the folder C:\Windows\System32\Tasks\2BrightSparks
