If you receive this error when running a profile scheduled, but can run it manually without the error, then you may need to modify your schedule so that your Windows login password is used:

  1. Select your profile in the main SyncBack window
  2. Click the Schedule button (or select Task->Schedule from the main menu)
  3. Click the Edit Schedule button
  4. Untick the option "Do not store password" (at the bottom of the Schedule window)
  5. Click OK to save the changes. You may be prompted for your Windows login password, and if so, please enter it.
