Why am I not receiving the log email about the profile run?


In today's world of junk email, many email servers are configured to reject any email that appears to be spam. If your email server is rejecting your log email please make sure you have filled out the settings correctly, e.g. valid and full To and From addresses are used.


Another common reason is that you've selected to have the log file attached and the attachments are too large for your server (or inbox). Enable the option, in your profile, to have the log attached as a compressed Zip file, or try it without attaching the log file to see if that is the reason.
