GetFolder 2BrightSparks\SyncBack\username exception: The request is not supported


This error is caused by a configuration problem with Windows and can be fixed by downloading the following file:


https://www.2brightsparks.com/assets/software/schedule.reg


Right click on the link and select "Save link as.." from the pop-up menu. Or, click on the link, copy the text to a notepad and Save As "schedule.reg". Then double-click on the file to have Windows modify settings in the registry. Reboot your computer after the changes have been made.
