An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file: DeleteFile failed; code 32. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.


The above error may occur while trying to update SyncBack while it is running. Check to make sure SyncBack is not already running, and if it is, close it then click the Retry button. If it still fails, check to see if you have any schedules for SyncBack, and if so, disable them then try again. If it still fails reboot your computer and try again. As a last resort, reboot into Safe Mode and then try again.
