I Have Lost My Serial Number or I Did Not Receive My Serial Number

If you purchased via our online web store then your Serial Number should have appeared on the Thank You web page that immediately follows your payment submission. This Thank You page acts as your order and payment confirmation. You should have received your Serial Number by email shortly after you purchased your software license.

You can also recover your invoice/serial details on your own by following the instructions below. Please pick one of the option below (based on when you purchased your license):

Option 1: We switched to a different payment processor in 2016, so if you purchased your software on or after July 2016, click here.

The above link will bring you to FastSpring's Account Management page. To locate your serial number, enter your email address (used during the purchase) and click 'Continue'. An email containing a link will be sent to your email address. The link will open a browser page which lists all your past orders with their serial numbers. You can also view or print your invoice from your account page too.

: If you purchased your software before July 2016, click here.

The above link will bring you to eSellerate After-Purchase Services page. To locate your serial number, enter both your email address and Order number (starting with ST...) in the fields near the top-right corner.

If you do not know your Order number, you can enter your email address that was used during the purchase under the 'Finding your order number' section. A list of all your past orders will be sent to your email address. The list will include your Order number details. Go back to the After-Purchase Services page and enter both email address and Order number to retrieve your invoice and serial.
