If you are using Sticky Password Manager on your computer to centrally manage passwords for applications, email servers, websites, then you may experience problems when creating SyncBack profiles that uses a password for authentication (i.e. using non-standard resources like Cloud, FTP, MTP, Email Backup, SyncBack Touch etc.,). SyncBack application may become unresponsive or crashe after authorizing with a non-standard resource. This is due to a conflict between SyncBack application and Sticky Password Manager.
In such situations, you should consider adding SyncBack application to the Ignored Application list of Sticky Password Manager:
- Open Sticky Password Manager
- In the Sticky Password Settings dialog select Ignored Apps section
- Click the Add button and select SyncBack executable file
